Mac Expert
- Work the mac-line and cash register
- Keep the kitchen and dining area clean and tidy
- Assist with any other tasks as needed
Prep Cook
- Prep and/or cook our mouth-watering products (macaroni noodles, cheese sauce, meats, and veggies)
- Clean up the kitchen and keep it tidy (while jamming out to your favorite tunes, of course)
- Perform other duties as needed (who knows, you might come up with a new mac-and-cheese topping)
Assistant Manager
- Open and/or close the store
- Manage food and labor costs
- Interview, onboard, and train new hires
- Help customers at the mac-line and cash register
- Perform other duties as needed
General Manager
- Oversee food, labor, and hiring processes
- Train store and management staff
- Schedule and lead store meetings
- Act as point of contact for local store
- Respond to customer feedback in timely manner
- Uphold the store to company standards
